Nobody wants to do to remove the gallbladder because of health problems, but it is a way to solve the problem of the gallbladder? He also has celiac disease so healthy food. All suggestions welcome indeed.

I am afraid there is nothing permanent. Each episode should be treated individually. If pain, then appropriate and effective analgesic. If an infection after antibiotics, and that may be needed in the hospital again. I know they are fully aware of where his father, and must be very hard for you and your family. If there is a suggestion he could do to help, I would, but he said any kind of surgery. My best wishes that their suffering can be alleviated, at least.
