Trouble connecting to Xbox Live with Arris Touchstone Telephony Modem? - arris modem and xbox 360
I do not know what is wrong, when I have my Xbox 360 had a month ago, I could not connect to the modem just fine .. I have my Xbox to the house of a friend, or if there is even a connection to the Internet. When I brought it home and tried to put into immediate connection, it can not connect to hardware connection. I do not know what is wrong, because they have not changed the settings for anything. Could you shut the configuration automatically when 360 of my modem? The modem is not connected to any computer, as it was before. Model of the modem is the TM402.

Normally this can occur if you disconnect the Ethernet cable from the modem and leave it intact, everything you need to do is unplug the modem from the wall and make sure that your Ethernet cable is plugged in, and wait They show about 2 to 3 minutes and then plug the wall and wait for the light and then re-test your connection on the Xbox.
